An easy-to-do mostly-muscle-toning program that’s entirely done sitting down. This video works your entire body with a gentle series of arm swings, leg lifts and even finger flexibility exercises. Most moves are fairly fast-paced so there is even some aerobic benefit. Ends with a very relaxing stretch and “guided meditation” segment.
