A body-bar interval program that integrates both cardio and toning into all the exercises — you'll burn fat and sculpt your body at the same time. The workout is structured with separate “aerobics” and “toning” segments. But, within each segment, you'll get elements of the complementary technique (e.g. an “upright row/overhead press” that's fluid enough to become aerobic, or a fast-paced plyo-jump that's intense enough to tone your inner thighs). The moves are sequenced to work alternating muscle groups — just when you can't do another rep, she'll move on to a new area.
